(Suggested props: 2 blocks, 3 if you have an extra. If you have a bolster grab it, but if you don't, you can do without. And honestly you COULD do this whole class with no props whatsoever!)

Anahata is the heart center, and this class will get you in touch with yours! Thoracic backbends, as well as cervical extension which opens your throat, bow poses and chest and quad opening. You get a chance to do a handstand and end in a floating suspended Savasana.
