This class focuses on lengthening and strengthening the 360 degrees of your neck.  It also includes yummy feel good variations that stimulate the vagus nerve and down regulate your nervous system.

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
