This masterclass is all about harnessing mobility with stability and creating strength in your hips and pelvis using resistance bands!
Adding resistance bands to your yoga and movement practice is a fantastic way to build strength, mitigate injury and pain, add inspiration and creativity to your practice and develop greater awareness of how you move.
Expect to refine and build greater efficiency and control in your hip stabilizing and mobilizing muscles through a variety of movements & yoga postures using resistance bands.

Those attending in person: Giulia will provide bands!

Those tuning in from home will need the following bands:
  • 1 long band (no loops), 5-6ft in length
  • 1 mini loop band of light resistance
  • 1 mini loop band of medium-heavy resistance
  • 1 one loop long band, 5-6ft in length, tied into one continuous loop
  • 1 two loop long band, 5-6ft in length, with TWO LOOPS tied (one loop on each end)
