This class is designed for all of us that are too broke - or too cheap - to get the massage we need for our tight shoulders and thoracic spine. (Those dastardly parts of the body that just can never get enough TLC.) Expect plenty of shoulder flossing and rotations in all directions. I highly suggest you roll right out of savasana into an epsom salt bath - or straight into bed. (1) Brush teeth. 2) Hit mat.)
