This super quickie is specifically tailored to strengthening the transverse abdominis and the obliques. 30 minutes will leave you just the right amount of sore. Of course there is some unusual flow in the mix and some well deserved counterposing at the end of course...  at Kula we always need to love you up just the right amount.
