#FreeToo yoga with Naimah Efia

-

#FreeToo Yoga is an intentional practice space Black, Indigenous and/or People of Color (BIPOC). The practice centers BIPOC community who are survivors of violence, and welcomes those who love and support us. We practice yoga as a community who hold same and/or similar identities for our collective healing, as we move beyond survival. The practice honors our journey towards liberation and a life that is free too! #FreeToo Yoga also creates representation of survivors of color living boldly, courageously and free! The space is for us, by us and centers BIPOC folks only.

White allies, and those who do not ID as BIPOC are welcome to practice with us on the livestream.  As a practice of seeking liberation for all people, we ask that you consider making a donation to the initiative on behalf of another Black, Indigenous or Person of Color as a way of being in solidarity and standing with us, and the spaces that are designed for us, by us.  gofundme.com/f/freetoo-rising

#FreeToo Yoga offers a 50 min. Vinyasa yoga practice, followed by a Healing Cypher offering, stewarded by Naimah Efia. The cypher offers community-building through sharing and exploring our unique healing journeys. We collectively re-imagine how it looks and feels to be a person of color, surviving multiple forms of violence, and their impact on our communities across generations. No one is turned away from the practice for lack of funds. Please contact [email protected] if you are in need of a fee waiver.
