Kula Flow: Forward Folds and Firefly Flow

(Suggested props: two blocks and a blanket)

We’ll focus on the wrists, core, and hip flexors as we steadily work our way to arm balancing.  We’ll start with standing on the blocks to challenge balance and the sturdiness of the hips.  We’ll slow flow through a sequence of gomukhasana and boat pose and spend some time in half lotus and cross-legged crow.  Finally, we’ll attempt bhujapidasana and titibasana.  There will be a lot of wrist-stretching sprinkled through out!
