(Suggested props: 1 strap. If you have 2 blocks and 1-2 blankets or towels grab them, but you don't necessarily need them to do this class!)

With the arms back, you can lift and broaden the chest, more easily bring the arms back and the upper back in. The actions will prepare you to bind the hand to foot and backbend. You will counter with arms overhead in handstand and full wheel.
