Let’s break down the foundational elements of Visvamitrasana.  We’ll strengthen and lengthen the outer hips, familiarize ourselves with wrapping the leg under the arm, and prepare the hamstrings and side body for this challenging posture.  We’ll pack your toolbox to eventually build Visvamitrasana!
