Simple asana wise. Slow (and perhaps stealthily challenging) breath wise. We slow the breath down to 5 breaths per minute to drop the nervous system into 'resonance', the most accessible way to stimulate the parasympathetic nervous system. And in the process we get some juicy shoulder and upper chest opening in. Enjoy.
