OK yeah I was just surfing my tiny little titties off in Costa Rica, so I need endless shoulder opening (major first world problem alert!) but don't we all need endless shoulder opening? Isn't this the condition of modern living? We do flow in the class, but we spend a good long time in a whole variety of shoulder and upper chest openers before we get moving. I think you will likey (and be well prepared for surfing it up next summer!)
