The first of four classes in a chair series.  This one uses the support of the chair to access folds, back bends, and some otherwise advanced side plank variations.  The chair makes them way easier and feel so so good. 

Props Needed: 1 Chair, 1 Bolster, 1 Block

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
