(Suggested props: you can do this class with no props, but if you have a strap, a block or two and a bolster or two rolled blankets, grab them!)

This class will hit a lot of standing poses and balances with the exploration of the arms in the horizontal plane and what effect that has on the chest and upper back. You will counter this in handstand and your backbend as you bring your arms into the overhead plane, which will feel at this point delicious!
