Balancing is good for us. It's hard. It keeps us young, and present. Opening the inner hips is good for us. It's hard. We sit too much. Opening the side body is just yummy. Even when it's hard.  And it's really good for us. This is an unusual sequence. You'll like it. Or you won't.  But it'll likely be good for you.
