Hamstring strengthening is just so damn good. (And so damn hard.) We don't do enough of it. I also love quad and hip flexor opening. Put them together and we are ready to take off to the moon. You will be READY for ardha chandrasana chapasana - even though this a quickie and this half moon variation is a big pose. Promise.
