This is one of my favorite classes ever.  I love moving this way.  If you don't know what IAP is (intra abdominal pressure), this class is for you.  We'll take some very basic moves and place the emphasis on core stability and maintaining proper breath mechanics.  Get ready to work your "core" in a very real way.  

Props Needed: A Door, 1 Strap, 2 Blocks

(Int) This class incorporates end-range strength training into Yoga asana.  Expect to learn targeted mobility exercises for the various joints of the body, and how they can be used to leverage and improve the poses we practice.
