In this well rounded class, I will lovingly torture you - specifically with some unusual core work, and specifically targeting your obliques - or the lateral abdominals. As you pack up your bathing suit for the season (boo hoo!)... you can still keep the core work in your back pocket. I promise a good release of the front body at the end!
